REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

Prayer is being mobilised in many locations. For example:

In Dublin The pastors from all over the city meet on the 1st Friday of every month for worship and prayer over the city. This is a wonderful time for the body of Christ to come together in the capital city joined by many Christians from all walks of life Prayer for the nation has been going on now in the City for 14 years and this happens in a city centre church on the last Saturday of every month. This is again a gathering of Christians from all different churches in the city to pray for our nation.

Through the work of Evangelical Alliance Ireland (EAI) we in the Republic of Ireland are meeting to pray once per month in Dublin . A group of faithful men and women come together to pray and worship and seek God, again this group is made up of people from all different religious backgrounds. Through EAI we are trying to unite Christians to have a strong voice in the Nation.

Through the work of Lydia Fellowship International we have mobilised many praying women all around our nation who pray in cells for the nation and the nations. In lots of counties we have groups meeting who prayer walk and intercede for the needs of our land and families etc.

We have many young people who are opening prayer rooms and encouraging churches to have days and half days of prayer.

We have had the Global Day of Prayer now for the past two years and next year we are having the celebration on the actual site of a 5th century monastery and Bible College in the centre of Ireland called Clonmacnoise.

We are a group of people from all different backgrounds. We are praying in the House of prayer in Greystones frequently for the needs in the Nation and in the World.

The call of our Nation is deeply in all our hearts . We know that God wants Ireland to come back to her Celtic roots not protestantism or catholicism, but pure Christianity that we had in the 5th century. God is moving in the Republic of Ireland in many places and we are rejoicing that as we love each other and worship Him and give Him the place of honour in the Land He will come and bring many to faith in Him.He is Ard Ri Na H-Eireann ( Gaelic ) High King Of Ireland.
